2021年5月30日，第三届“陕西省大学生工程制图与3D建模大赛”在西北工业大学友谊校区圆满落幕。由我校机械工程学院陈鹏飞老师领队，郭莹、彭春雷、牟小云老师指导的机械工程学院代表队，在机械类竞赛中荣获团体一等奖及优秀组织奖，同时学生荣获个人一等奖10项、二等奖2项、三等奖6项的佳绩。
由陕西省教育厅高教处主办，西北工业大学和陕西省工程图学学会承办, 陕西省第二届大学生工程制图及3D建模大赛于2019年5月25日—26日在西北工业大学举行，来自全省40余所高校的50余支代表队，共计503名学生参加了机械类和建筑类比赛。
