借助XRD、SEM研究了Sol-Gel法制备NiTiSMA/FC薄膜复合材料在650℃晶化退火处理后的界面结构。结果表明,陶瓷薄膜层的约束抑制了NiTiSMA基体的高温时效反应;由于NiTiSMA基体表面的高温氧化产生的TiO2过渡层,使NiTiSMA与铁电陶瓷两异质之间良好结合。
