随着全球气候变化的不断加剧,低温冻害和冷害已经成为影响农作物生长的一个重要自然胁迫因素。冷胁迫通常影响农作物正常的生长发育进程,严重时导致减产甚至颗粒无收。因此,作物冷应答分子机制研究可为作物耐冷分子育种提供理论参考。植物R-loop在不同的细胞活动中发挥重要作用,包括发育调控和胁迫应答等。然而,在低温敏感型作物如水稻中,R-loop介导冷胁迫应答的分子机制仍鲜有报道。
